I wasn’t expecting the food to be this good, but it ended up being one of the things I looked forward to every day. Breakfast had so many options that it just put me in a good mood in the morning, and dinner always tasted fresh, which made the evenings feel really easy and enjoyable. The desserts were way too tempting lol, but in the best way.

Check-in was much easier than I expected. We had just gotten off a flight and were tired, so it was a relief that the front desk team had everything handled quickly and confidently.

The staff made a great first impression. They were friendly, explained the room details, breakfast times, and Wi-Fi clearly, and never made us feel rushed. They even helped with our bags, which was a really nice touch.

We only waited a few minutes, so I really can’t complain. It felt like the team knew exactly what they were doing, and it definitely gave me confidence that we had picked a good place to stay.

I felt safe the whole time I was there. The security around the hotel seemed solid to me, and it gave me the impression that they really take guest safety seriously.

That said, check-in took way longer than it should have, and after a few days the food started to feel repetitive. The room was fine, just nothing special. The beach area was definitely the highlight and really lovely. For what we paid, I expected a bit more, and unless they improve a few things, I’d probably look at staying somewhere else next time

Stayed at an Iberostar and overall the hotel was fine, but the food situation was frustrating. The restaurant variety just wasn’t there, and after a couple of days it felt like I was walking around trying to figure out what to eat, only to end up seeing the same stuff again.

The bathroom was spotless too, which is something I always notice right away. I guess the place isn’t anything overly fancy, but that didn’t matter at all because it felt clean, comfortable, and well looked after. No weird smells, no dusty corners, just an easy stay that made the holiday feel nicer.

I was a little worried it might be noisy, but our room ended up being really calm at night. The pool area did get lively, you could tell people were having fun, but once we were inside we barely heard a thing. It was quiet, really quiet, and I slept great.

The resort was so clean... our room looked fresh every day, and the pools were always spotless too!

Stayed at an Iberostar hotel and the Pool area was decent overall. It was big and looked nice, but it filled up really fast, so finding a sunbed was kind of annoying most days. The water was clean for the most part, though one afternoon it looked a little Cloudy. Staff by the pool were friendly and helpful. Not a bad spot at all, i just expected a bit more.

Booking was really quick and smooth, which was a nice surprise. No issues at all, it was kind of great how simple it was.

Bottom line, I was really happy with the place. Everything was clean, in good shape, and you could tell it was actually cared for.

The room was comfortable overall. The bed was comfy, the shower was good, and the mini fridge worked great, so it kinda had everything we needed for our stay.

Overall, I liked the hotel and had a good stay, but the bar service was just okay. A few nights we waited quite a while to get noticed, then waited again for drinks, then sometimes had to flag someone down for the bill. The staff were nice when they finally came over, so it didn’t feel rude or anything, more like they were stretched too thin. For example, one night there seemed to be one person handling orders, making drinks, clearing glasses, and checking on tables all at once. Another night we just wanted a quick drink before dinner and it took longer than expected. The drinks themselves were fine, like the wine was fine, the cocktail was fine, the beer was cold, but nothing really stood out. For the price, I expected it to feel a little smoother or more polished.
